  Hear, See or Suspect any Emergency Vehicle?

DISMOUNT from your bike and GET OFF the roadway.

Then, PATIENTLY STAY off the road until the signal is given to resume riding

 
  Confused or need help?

Go to INFORMATION tent or FIND a person with a radio or badge. Otherwise, ASK around... of anyone nearby

 
  Do you like your sight, mind and body? Wear protective glasses, your helmet, and appropriate clothing  
  Feeling Dizzy or Nauseous?

Tell someone. Get off bike, go sit down somewhere visible and safe. Have some water and possbily eat a little food.

Wait there for awhile.

If persists, ask for an EMT or tell another rider to get some help from the nearest aid station or CSP

 
  Not so quick to get out of your shoe toe clips? Practice in advance. Loosen settings. Wear gloves and bring clean up first aid stuff  
  Narrow road or two-way traffic? Stay to right side of road and ride single file  
  Have or see an Accident?

Contact any or all of the following:

  -  Colorado State Patrol

  -  Riding EMT or Spin Sports Staff

  -  Information Booth at Rio Grande or Buttermilk

  -  Law Enforcement

  -  Fire Department

  -  Person with a radio
